How do I reserve my party?

Once a non-refundable credit card deposit of $100 is received the party date is reserved. The contract should be signed and returned within 3 days (via fax or mail). The balance is due prior to the start of the party. We accept cash only for final payment.

How far in advance should I book my party?

If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend calling well in advance of your chosen date. We often book very quickly. You can reserve the date with a deposit and discuss the details with an "It's All About You Birthdays" party planner. Parties booked less than 2 weeks of party date will be charged a $25 - $50 fee.  

What if I need to cancel or change the party date?

Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason. In the case of an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your party with the next best available date. If new invitations and food/beverage are needed, an additional fee will apply.

What if there is inclement weather?

In the event of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the party. Most parties can resume as scheduled indoors if it rains.


In the event that a child does not show up, do I still have to pay for that child?

Yes, your final RSVP count determines the price for your party.  This is the number we prepare goodie bags and crafts for. You may keep the party goodie bags for any child that does not show up. If a child choses not to participate during the party, you are still charged for your final count.

If I do not find the party listed that I am interested in can you create one?

 Yes, you can speak with an party host to discuss the details.
